This notice covers this website. It is deliberately short, because the site itself collects very little.
What this site collects
Our contact form collects four things: your name, email address, phone number, and the reason you are reaching out. An optional message box is provided. That is all.
What it does not collect
We do not request Social Security numbers, dates of birth, income figures, or account numbers anywhere on this website. That information belongs in a secure application, not a web form. The calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser — the figures you enter are never transmitted to us, stored, or logged.
How we use it
We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell personal information, and we do not sell or share trigger leads. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
If you apply for a loan
Applying for a mortgage is a separate process with its own requirements. Applicants receive our full privacy notice, describing how loan information is collected, used, shared, and protected, at the time of application, as required by federal and California law.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete the contact details you submitted, at any time by writing to hello@ratesecure.com. California residents may have additional rights regarding personal information; contact us and we will respond.
Security and changes
We limit access to submitted information to the people who need it, and we may update this notice from time to time. The date below reflects the current version.
